Diagnosed Before Quoted

We diagnose before we quote. If the fix is a capacitor, we tell you that. If the compressor is gone and the unit has 18 years on it, we walk through replacement options so you can make the call.

Texas summers do not wait on business hours, so neither do we. Nights, weekends and holidays, a call gets a crew moving.

HVAC Questions, Answered

How fast can you get someone out?

The phone is answered 24/7 and no-cool and no-heat calls get priority. Tell us what the system is doing and we will give you a real arrival window on the call, not a four-hour maybe.

Should I repair or replace my system?

Quick math we walk through with you: multiply the repair cost by the system's age. If that number is bigger than the cost of a new system, replacement usually wins. A $600 repair on a 6-year-old unit is worth it. The same repair on a 16-year-old unit usually is not. We show you both numbers and you make the call.

Do you work on all brands?

Yes. Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Daikin and the rest. Parts availability varies by brand and age, and we tell you up front if a part is going to take time.

What does a maintenance visit include?

Coil cleaning, refrigerant pressure check, electrical connection check, capacitor test, drain line flush and filter change. The point is catching the $30 part in April instead of losing the compressor in July.
