Measured Twice, Sealed Right

A window is only as good as its install. We measure every opening, square every frame, insulate every gap and seal every edge. A premium unit installed badly performs worse than a mid-grade unit installed right.

DFW hail seasons take out more windows than old age does. When a storm rolls through, we handle measurement, ordering and replacement, and give you the documentation your insurance carrier asks for.

Window Questions, Answered

Repair or replace?

Fog or condensation between the panes means the seal has failed and the insulating gas is gone. That window is done insulating, and replacement beats repair. Single-pane windows are always a replace. A sticky sash or worn weatherstrip on an otherwise good window is a repair.

Will new windows actually lower my electric bill?

Depends on what you are replacing. Going from single-pane or failed-seal glass to Low-E double pane in a DFW summer is a real, noticeable difference because west-facing glass is a heat pump running in reverse. Replacing five-year-old builder windows mostly buys comfort and noise reduction, not savings, and we will tell you which case you are in.

How long does installation take?

Once your units arrive, a standard opening takes under an hour. A whole house is typically one to two days. Each opening is cut in, set, insulated, sealed and trimmed the same day it is opened, so you are never sleeping next to a hole in the wall.

My windows took hail. Will insurance cover replacement?

Wind and hail coverage often applies to broken glass and damaged frames. We document the damage, measure every opening and give you a replacement scope your adjuster can work from. Your policy and deductible decide the rest.
