One Contractor, Start to Finish

Remodeling projects fall apart when homeowners have to coordinate between a framer, a plumber, an electrician and a tile installer. We handle every trade in-house so nothing falls through.

One project manager, one timeline, one contract. We pull permits, schedule inspections and clean up when the job is done.

The dedicated remodeling site has project galleries and deeper service pages.

Remodeling Questions, Answered

How does pricing work?

The job gets scoped and quoted before work starts, and the quote is the price. If something changes mid-job, like opening a wall and finding rot, you get the change priced and approved before anyone touches it. No surprise line items at the end.

Who actually runs my project?

One project manager, start to finish. The framing, plumbing, electrical and finish work are our own divisions, not a rotating cast of subcontractors you have never met. When you have a question, you call one person.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. Permits pulled, inspections scheduled, corrections handled if an inspector flags something. Unpermitted work surfaces at appraisal and sale time, so we do it right the first time.

Can we live in the house during the remodel?

Usually yes. We contain the work area, protect floors along the paths we use, and clean up at the end of every workday. A kitchen remodel means a few weeks of microwave dinners, and we help you plan around the days water or power will be off.
